Good Journeys carries out the assignment to the best of its knowledge and ability. It is not liable for the failure to achieve the result intended by the client. The Client acknowledges that results will not be immediately visible and that results also depend on the efforts of the participant.

Good Journeys is authorized to engage third parties in the performance of its work.

The information contained on GoodJourneys.online website is of a general nature and cannot be a substitute for the advice of a medical professional. 2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Online cursus

  1. If the offer is accepted and the course is purchased online, a payment obligation immediately arises for the participant, which continues to exist even if the entire course is not completed or if the content made available is not used.
  2. Participant will receive access to the course after purchase. The course is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, which means that it is not possible to cancel the purchase with a refund of the purchase amount.
  3. Participant will only receive access to the content after payment of the agreed amount.
  4. Good Journeys has the right to adjust the fees when re-running a course. She also has the right to adjust the price in the run-up to a course for promotional purposes.
  5. Good Journeys will execute the agreement to the best of its knowledge and ability. However, it is not responsible for the failure to achieve the result that the participant intended with the purchase. The participant remains responsible at all times for the application or execution of knowledge or actions as acquired during a course.
  6. Because a third-party platform is used to deliver the course, Good Journeys cannot guarantee that the course will be available at any time and at any location.
  7. Good Journeys reserves the right to refuse participation at all times.
  8. Good Journeys is entitled to expand, limit or adjust the content of a course.
  9. Participant obtains a limited and personal right to use the content of the course for personal purposes. The course is intended to inspire, not copy.
  10. The participant is not allowed to use the acquired knowledge to create a similar offer himself.
  11. The information provided during the term of the course remains the property of Good Journeys. It will indicate in good time until when the content is available. It is the participant's own responsibility to view the material in a timely manner and where the option is given to save it.
  12. During participation in a course, participants can communicate with each other, for example by posting comments in the community under posts. The participant declares not to send spam or other unwanted messages. Acting in violation of these terms and conditions may result in immediate denial of access and use of Good Journeys' services.
  13. Good Journeys is at all times free to remove communication or other parts of the shared information without further notice, if the content of this communication and information justifies its removal.
  14. Good Journeys reserves the right to exclude participants whose behavior hinders or complicates the course of a course from further participation and, if necessary, from future participation. Exclusion does not affect the obligation to pay the costs for the relevant content.

The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.



5. Liability for damage

  1. Good Journeys is not liable for damage arising from this agreement, unless the damage is caused intentionally or with gross negligence.
  2. Good Journeys gives no guarantees in any way and is not liable for (medical) complications that arise at the participant during or after the performance of the work.
  3. Good Journeys is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by or on behalf of the client.
  4. The Client is ultimately responsible for checking the quality of the work performed.
  5. The participant remains responsible at all times for the application or performance of knowledge or actions as acquired during an agreement.
  6. Good Journeys has no influence on and is not liable for acts or delays by third parties.
  7. An online course does not replace medical advice, but should only enable the participant to actively work with their health.
  8. In the event that Good Journeys owes compensation to the client for causing direct damage that falls under this article, the damage does not exceed the amount paid out by the liability insurance, or charged by Good Journeys in the three months preceding the occurrence of the damage.
  9. Client indemnifies Good Journeys against all claims from third parties related to the services and products it provides.


6. Limitations

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.


7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. 8. Intellectual property

  1. The intellectual property rights to the materials and advice made available to the client by Good Journeys are vested in Good Journeys. It is expressly prohibited to reproduce, publish or make available to third parties the material and documentation provided without prior permission.
  2. The participant is not allowed to make video and/or sound recordings during a consultation, unless explicit permission has been granted for this
  3. Any act contrary to the provisions of this article is regarded as an infringement of copyright.
  4. In the event of infringement, Good Journeys will be entitled to compensation amounting to at least three times the compensation it normally applies for such use, without losing any right to compensation for other damage suffered.

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.


10. Site Terms of Use Modifications

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.


11. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
